Q: What are the advantages of counselling?

A: The major advantage is mental health.  These could include:

  • improved communication and interpersonal skills
  • greater self-acceptance and self-esteem
  • ability to change self-defeating behaviors/habits
  • better expression and management of emotions, including anger
  • relief from depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions
  • increased confidence and decision-making skills
  • ability to manage stress effectively
  • improved problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
What if I can’t afford counselling? (Especially during COVID times.)

That’s not a problem as I offer sliding scale and also I have some space open for PRO BONO counselling. We can see if you qualify.
