Making Online Sessions Comfortable
As you will be meeting with me from your own space, I invite you to create an environment that feels comfortable and safe for you.
Some examples of things to gather may include: tissues, tea, water, blanket, cushions, stress ball, journal with pen to take notes, and anything else that you would like
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation within the 24 hour notice, our full fee is charged. If the session is cancelled 48 hours in advance full session fee will be refunded.
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY
Therapeutic counselling-60 minute sessions are $140.00. 90-minute session $210. Sliding scale rates and package rates available, please inquire for more details. Payment methods include E-transfer, Cheque or Credit card, prior to the session. Sessions could be covered by extended medical insurance.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
My services are covered through ClaimSecure, Equitable Life of Canada, Green Shield Canada, Manulife and Pacific Blue Cross.
Many employers offer coverage through benefits packages that may partially, or fully, cover the cost of your sessions. Please check your individual coverage plan to see to what extent you are covered.
