The Collective Grounding Circle is a monthly, 30-minute online space that is currently available to clients (with future public availability).
This circle is held as a trauma-informed, consent-led grounding space with facilitation from Parminder Thind, Registered Counsellor. After a brief arrival introduction, the space opens with a Body Awareness Check-In, followed by Reflection & Meaning-Making, allowing participants to engage in ways that feel supportive — through stillness, gentle movement, listening, or quiet presence.
This is a guided, non-judgmental, restorative safe space for all folks.
No prior meditation experience is required.
Cameras may remain off.
Observation and silence are welcome.
Online (Zoom) | 30 minutes
Registration is limited and access is restricted to current clients at this time.
This session is a grounding exercise/activity and not to replace a counselling session.
